Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is an Afghani female born to a Russian father and an Hindu Indian mother. She is fluent in German, Russian and English in addition to French Persian and Hindi. Her parents are Russian as well as Indian. The year 2011, the actress developed an original choreography, which earned her the opportunity to appear on German TV as a Russian snowmaiden, who then became a Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was at the age of 11 in New York and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. She took classes in acting in the HB Studios, but then went on to study improv comedy at the Groundlings School. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru, and the Russian mother Olga. Her father moved her to New York when she was thirteen years old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. The actress is most famous for her role as the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. She was a character who appeared on Fox's The Following, and NBC's The Blacklist.
